Summary: The House was cute. It surved our purpose. It could use one good cleaning. lots of dust on all window sills and any surface that is not in direct contact with people using the place. Beds, showers and kitchen were clean. Kitchen utlities for BBque and house were great. The Boogie Boards were for little kids so my teen agers were unable to use them. as far as Kyaks and surfboards they were non existant. the one surfboard looked as if it was so waterlogged it would sink and was missing a fin. the one small Kyak that was there was unusable.
